Documentation tool, not fraud prevention. CallbackProof is a workflow and documentation tool. It records the verification steps your firm performs. It does not validate bank-account ownership, screen or block payments, or detect fraud, and it provides no guarantee, certification or warranty that any payment instruction is legitimate. Decisions about acting on change requests remain solely with your firm.
Subscriptions are billed by Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record) with a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered, for not storing full bank account numbers anywhere in the service, and for your own compliance obligations toward your clients.
